Pocono Chamber Board Chair joins Foxtail Development to lead grant strategy and new project pursuits

POCONO MANOR, PA, September 27, 2026. Foxtail Builders, LLC, a residential and commercial builder serving the Pocono region of Pennsylvania and northern New Jersey, has named Dee Raneri as Development and Grant Manager. Raneri joins the company’s development division, Foxtail Development LLC, effective October 1, 2026.

In her new role, Raneri will identify and pursue grant funding, build the company’s annual grant strategy, and track public bid opportunities. Her work supports Foxtail Development’s growing focus on affordable housing and senior living projects in the region.

Raneri has worked in the Pocono community for more than 20 years and has built strong relationships with local employers, government officials, and community organizations. She currently serves as Board Chair of the Pocono Chamber of Commerce, where she represents Foxtail Builders.

“Dee already knows this community and the people working to improve it,” said Gina Loyek, Owner and President of Foxtail Builders. “The Poconos need more housing that working families and seniors can afford. Dee helps us find the funding and partners to build it.”

“Housing comes up in almost every conversation I have with local businesses through the Chamber,” said Raneri. “Foxtail has the experience and the commitment to build what this region needs. My job is to connect that work with the funding and partners that make it happen.”
